  • Stock of every piece with its photo: at the workshop, in the warehouse or in each shop.
  • Production batches with the cost of each piece worked out automatically, using each workshop's silver rate.
  • Consignment shops: what each one holds, what it has sold and its monthly invoice, generated from the app.
  • Sales, instalment payments, expenses and a monthly budget with an alert at 80%.

Practice management software for dental and orthodontic clinics

We built it together with a real clinic. Patients, schedule by surgery, treatment plans, payments and inventory in a single tool, adapted to the way each clinic works.

  • Patient record. History, notes, photos, documents, dental and periodontal charts in one place.
  • Schedule by surgery. By room or by practitioner, with the status of each appointment.
  • Treatment plans and payments. Phased treatments, part payments and the outstanding balance in view.
  • Patient recall. Every morning, who to call: who didn't come back, whose treatment has stalled or who has a payment due.
  • Inventory and reports. Stock per clinic with low-stock alerts, and reports you can export to Excel.
  • Health data protected. Per-person permissions, a change log, clinical records archived rather than deleted, and verified backups.

For a clinic with about 3-4 chairs, the front desk saves roughly 10 hours a week, and nothing is typed twice, so quotes carry far fewer copy errors.

Artificial intelligence in your daily work

A few things we can set up with AI in your business. AI reads, sorts and prepares; anything with consequences is checked by a person.

  • Reading documents. Invoices, delivery notes, orders or contracts: it pulls out the data and enters it in your software without typing.
  • Sorting email. It sorts what comes in, spots orders or complaints and leaves a draft reply ready.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only build phone apps?

No. Desktop software, applications that work on computer and phone, automations that run by themselves and Excel tools. We choose the simplest thing that solves what you need.

How long does it take?

We give you the date in writing with the quote. We start with the part that saves you the most time so you're using it as soon as possible, and build from there.

Do I need to install anything?

Usually not: it opens in the browser and, on a phone, installs like any other app straight from the website. If something does need installing on your computers, we do it.

Does it connect to what I already use?

Yes: your online shop, your spreadsheets, your email or your invoicing software. Whatever already works, we build on.

What if my business changes?

The tool changes with it. If we maintain it, you ask for the change and we quote it before doing it.

Who owns what you build?

Your company: the code, the data and the accounts. If one day you want another team to take it over, we hand everything over.

Do you also build websites?
