Take several, and they fit together

Each service works on its own. If you take more than one, they share the same data: what goes into your software reaches the books without being typed in again, and the reports come from those same figures. If something doesn't add up, you talk to the people who did it.

AI reads, sorts and prepares. Anything with consequences, such as a journal entry, a payment or a message to a customer, is checked by a person.

About us

MNKY KONNEKT is a Spanish limited company that runs the administration and bookkeeping of businesses and the self-employed, and builds the software they need.

It is led by Miguel Ángel López, who has spent five years helping companies get their operations in order: he handles their day-to-day admin, builds the tools they work with and turns their data into clear reports for making decisions. His approach is simple: the books add up, no deadline slips through, and you know at any moment how your business is doing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to take all three services?

No. Each one is available on its own: you can start with just the bookkeeping, just the administration or a single tool, and add another later if you need it.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what needs doing, which is why we don't publish a rate card. After the first conversation, which is free, we send you in writing what we'll do, the timeline and the price.

Do you file the tax returns?

Yes, for businesses that file in Spain. Our bookkeeping service goes all the way: we book everything, reconcile the bank, prepare and file your returns, including personal income tax (IRPF) if you are self-employed and the annual accounts with the Commercial Registry if you are a company.

Do I have to change the software I already use?

Usually not. We work with what you already have: your management software, your spreadsheets, your email, your bank. We only suggest changing something when it saves you more than it costs.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The accounts, the data and the code are in your company's name. If we ever stop working together, we hand everything over.

How do you use artificial intelligence?

Where it saves hours: reading invoices and documents, sorting, drafting replies and reports. Anything with consequences, such as a journal entry, a payment or a message to a customer, is checked by a person before it goes out.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

For administration and custom software, yes: everything is done by video call, WhatsApp and email, with shared folders and access in your name. Bookkeeping and tax returns are for businesses that file in Spain.
