How it works

Your part is getting the paperwork to us. Ours is making sure everything adds up and is filed on time.

  1. The paperwork reaches us

Invoices, receipts and bank statements. For example, in a shared folder or forwarded by email: we set it up to suit your business.

  2. We book it

Automation reads each document and prepares the journal entry. A person checks it before it goes in.

  3. We reconcile the bank

Every transaction matched to its invoice. Anything that doesn't match, we ask you about.

  4. We file your returns

VAT, withholdings, self-employed income tax, annual accounts and the other returns, on time. We tell you the amount first.

  • Not a single invoice to type: they reach us however suits you best.

In short

Your books, from invoice to tax return

Your invoices are processed automatically as soon as they arrive: automation reads them, categorises them and prepares each journal entry. A person checks everything and signs it off before it goes into your books. Every quarter, your returns are prepared and filed on time.

The more invoices, the bigger the saving: around 750 hours a year for a company with about 500 invoices a month, almost half a person. And every entry goes through the same checks, so fewer errors slip through.

Frequently asked questions

Do you file the tax returns yourselves?

Yes. We prepare and file your business's returns: VAT, withholdings and the other quarterly and annual forms that apply to you, plus personal income tax (IRPF) if you are self-employed and the annual accounts with the Commercial Registry if you are a company. Before filing, we tell you the amount.

Does it replace my accountant?

For bookkeeping and tax, yes: we prepare and file your tax returns. If you'd rather keep your accountant, we can do just the bookkeeping and hand it over to them done and reconciled.

How do I get the invoices to you?

However suits you best: a shared folder, forwarding them by email or sending a photo. We set it up around your business and what you already use.

Do I also have to take the administration service?

No. Bookkeeping is a separate service. If you'd also like us to handle your day-to-day admin, it can be added.

Does it work for the self-employed?

Yes. We handle both companies and self-employed professionals, with their income and expense ledgers.

What if a document can't be read properly?

We ask you about it before booking it. Nothing goes into your books without being checked.
