To prepare a design proposal for a business we use only what that business already publishes on its own website or social pages: its name, address, opening hours, services and prices, and the business email, phone or contact form it shows. Every contact detail is written down by a person, with a note of where it was seen. We do not buy lists, we do not use harvesting software, and we do not store Google reviews.
If a business names its staff on its website, a draft may show those names as they appear there (business contact information). Drafts do not quote customer reviews with the reviewer's name. If you are named in a draft and would rather not be, tell us and we remove it the same working day.
We contact each business once, personally, through the channel it publishes (its contact form, its Facebook or Instagram page, or its business WhatsApp), and we send the draft link only to those who want to see it. Email goes out only after you say yes, or, when a business publishes no other channel, once, with at most two short reminders over the following two weeks and never more than ten first contacts a day. In Singapore, business contact information is excluded from the consent rules of the Personal Data Protection Act (section 4(5)) and we stay well under the Spam Control Act thresholds. Under EU law (GDPR article 6.1.f) we rely on our legitimate interest in offering a service to businesses, balanced by the fact that we use public business details only and stop on first request.
Reply remove or unsubscribe to any email or message, or write to hola@mnkykonnekt.com. Within one working day we take the draft down, delete the details we used, and keep only your address on a suppression list so that we never write again.
The draft page comes down 7 days after our last message if we hear nothing back, and the same working day if you ask. The details we used go with it; only a suppression-list address stays. PayNow, bank transfers and Wise payments are handled by Wise (Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd.), which holds our SGD account. Card payments, on request, are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Every payment comes with an invoice from MNKY KONNEKT SL.
Drafts use stock photos licensed for commercial use and text written by us from public facts. Nothing is copied from your website. Your own photos and text replace them when you become a client.
Our pages use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies and do not identify you. There is no advertising tracking.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our use of it, by writing to hola@mnkykonnekt.com. We reply within five working days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) or, in Singapore, to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
